We acquired this house when our children were small with the intention of enjoying nature, the unique conditions of transparency and cleanness of the beach water in Maresias, with the security and amenities of a closed condominium.
For this reason, we maintain the place as an extension of our home in the capital, only renting it a few times a year to account for maintenance costs and provide the experience to other families who will be guaranteed an exclusive place whose guests are screened in order to maintain our behavior profile, the conservation of the property and the peace of mind of our neighboring friends.
