The LIVING ROOM, in two areas, has a smart TV with Sky antenna, sofa and armchairs, dining table with 8 chairs; the KITCHEN has all the necessary utensils and appliances: double-door refrigerator, horizontal freezer, built-in stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, mixer, grills, water purifier, etc. The TERRACE, overlooking the Atlantic Forest, has a barbecue and tables with 10 seats / service area with washing machine. It offers wireless internet throughout, a mini-library, outdoor showers, and a garage for 4 cars. It has a high wall, electric fence, video intercom, and camera monitoring system.

I am from São José do Rio Preto, interior of São Paulo, but I lived in the Capital for 32 years where I made a career in the area of Education and Culture. I am a training librarian. Maresias came into my life in the late 70s through a jipeiro boyfriend, now my companion. It was a unique adventure because there was no road at that time. I found a magnificent place and started to cherish the dream of one day being able to live in such a paradise.
And so we arrived, more than 30 years later, at this property that we are pleased to share with our guests and the gratitude to receive an extra income. .
The entire top floor of the property is reserved for rental, in addition to two suites on the ground floor with entrances completely independent from the rest of the rooms.
We love to receive people and provide them with the well-deserved rest, in a warm and private environment.
Our motto is: "We must be careful with what we cherish with great enthusiasm, because nature will work to make that reality, whether for good or for evil!"
