Small pets allowed.

The house does not provide bed linen and towels.

It is 4 blocks from the beach, and 3 blocks from the supermarket.

A cleaning fee of 250 reais will be added to the lease.

Aluguei a casa no Natal, 4 diárias, fomos em 14 pessoas, fomos muito bem recebidos tanto na comunicação com o proprietário Alexandre quanto o caseiro Júlio, muito atencioso e solícito, muito embora não foi necessário aciona-los durante a estadia pois a casa é completa, grande arejada e muito limpa, a piscina é sensacional, temperatura ótima para utilizar inclusive a noite!! Churrasqueira nova com utensílios novos, TV gigante, tem uma cervejeira que, pra quem gosta, é um diferencial!
A casa fica perto da praia, em rua toda calçada, no meio do trajeto tem o centro de Juquehy com todo o comércio que se possa precisar. Não teve ninguém da minha família que não tenha adorado a casa, queremos voltar assim que possível!! Recomendo sem dúvidas!

Adoramos a casa! Passamos dias muito alegre, nos divertimos bastante. A casa é aconchegante no estilo praiano. A cozinha é bem equipada e a piscina é linda! Com certeza voltaremos!
