The house comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults and two children.
It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Showers, a backyard, a laundry room, a clothesline, and a cold shower.
The front bedroom has a double bed (mattress 26 cm high), bunk bed, wardrobe, Split Inverter air conditioning, ceiling fan and balcony with folding clothesline.
The back bedroom has a double bed, bunk bed, dresser, air conditioning and ceiling fan.
All windows and external doors have mosquito screens.
Balcony in front of the house with individual barbecue, sink, table, chairs, can crusher and circular wall fan.
The kitchen is American style, with Split Inverter air conditioning, has all household utensils, stove with oven, vertical freezer, duplex refrigerator, microwave, electric coffee maker, sandwich maker, Tostex, electric rice cooker, mixer, Europa filter, cooler, 1 wooden sofa with 3 seats and another with 2 seats, wooden coffee table, 42-inch flat screen television (with SKY package), Smart TV Roku, WI FI (with router) - Fiber Optic and intercom.
The house has several beach chairs with 2 carts and a large and small umbrella.
Garage for 2 vehicles (one behind the other).
The condominium has an electronic doorman and a shower at the entrance (inside).

I love my house on Juquehy beach (it has already been classified as one of the 10 best beaches in Brazil). It is located at 30 mts. from the foot in the sand, more or less in the middle of Juquehy beach, with low population density, which provides greater tranquility on long holidays. In addition, it is close to restaurants, bakeries, fishmongers, supermarkets, pharmacy, health post, shopping mall, etc. I like to talk to the client, to better meet their needs and always aiming to improve my stay offer.
