House for vacation rental in São Sebastião
The sunset in Boiçucanga, over the sea with its stunning islands, is an indescribable sight to behold. A spectacle.
OUR PROPOSAL IS SIMPLICITY AND GOOD VIBES. Our house is 50 meters from the Boiçucanga River, where many locals and tourists cool off. It's also on the route to the 3 Falls waterfall. The beach is about 2.5 km away; our house has a countryside feel with a touch of the ATLANTIC FOREST.
The neighborhood has infrastructure, a health center, a hospital, and commerce in our neighborhood with large supermarkets (Extra and Krill) and other establishments (banks, pharmacies, butcher shops, bakeries, ice cream parlors, stores, a playground, clothing stores, shoe stores, and gift shops).
Although it's obvious, as in any location, it's good to point out that: Could the power go out? Yes, just like in any house! CIA Bandeirantes energy company provides the power. We have emergency lighting. Showers should be used alternately. There are 2 bathrooms. 🙏 Could there be a water shortage? Yes. Our property is supplied by Cachoeira, and Mr. Pascoal takes care of this supply. 🙏

-For now, we don't have pillows available. Bed linens, towels, and dishcloths need to be brought by the guests.

Do not flush toilet paper 🧻 down toilets with a built-in cistern. 🙏
Allowed for up to 4 to 5 passenger vehicles 🚗🚘🚙🚕 or a van 🚐 and one additional car 🚗. We accommodate motorcyclists 🏍🏍🏍🏍🏍. Please DO NOT PARK ON THE BALCONY TO PRESERVE THE FLOOR AND SUBFLOOR 🙏
Municipal noise regulations apply between 10 PM and 8 AM. Socializing and entertainment can be adjusted smoothly. 🚫10 PM to 8 AM 🔊📢🎶🎵🎼📣🎤
🚭 Smoking is prohibited inside the house, as is the use of electric hookah lighters.
No visitors are allowed; only the people who hired the service are permitted to remain.
There are no cancellations due to natural issues, infrastructure problems, or any other reasons. The house is nice, simple, and rustic.
