Located near the Santos Municipal Aquarium, Fishing Museum, Fisherman's Deck, Benedito Calixto Art Gallery, Praiamar Shopping Mall, and the Edgard Perdigão Bridge, where schooners depart. There are three supermarkets nearby (Extra, Pão de Açúcar, and Carrefour), two pharmacies (Drogaria São Paulo and Droga Raia), and two bakeries (Casa de Massas Dourado and Padaria Cristo Redentor). On Sundays, a craft fair is set up from 2 PM to 10 PM in front of the Sesc (1 km away).
