Furnished: 2 double beds, 2 double sofa beds, one bunk bed. Includes a wardrobe. Sofa seats 8. Dining table. Kitchen with plenty of utensils, stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, mixer, utensils, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, first aid kit.
Infrastructure: Beach🌅, playground👪, ice cream shop🍦, pizzeria🍕, restaurant🍴🍷, mini-market with bakery nearby, gas station, extra parking, very close by (1, 2 or 3 blocks). Plenty of shops and banks less than 2 km away.
Restrictive cancellation policy. There are no refunds for reservations/accommodation fees. In case of inability to attend, if the guest makes the reservation available to another interested party and there is demand, we commit to ethically refunding the amount.
