Apartment for vacation rental in Praia Grande
Spacious apartment with 2 living rooms: dining and living room, gourmet balcony with ocean view, 2 bedrooms; well-ventilated bedrooms with bunk beds, 1 suite with double bed, fully equipped kitchen, quiet environment, great location one block from the beach, close to kiosks and various shops. No need to take the car out of the garage lol.
Ocean view from every room. We provide guests with 4 single mattresses, an iron, Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the suite and ceiling fans in all rooms, a 43" smart TV, and a radio with CD player.
Fully equipped kitchen: Blender, lunchbox, microwave, air fryer, utensils (plates, pans, glasses, cutlery, mugs, cutting board, grills, etc.). Everything for your comfort. Laundry: Washing machine, clothesline.

Rules ⤵️
In order to keep the space always welcoming and comfortable for you, some building and apartment rules are necessary.
1. Silence is required from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM. This is a family-friendly environment; no noisy behavior or anything that might disturb the neighbors is permitted (loud music).
2. Do not hang, beat, or dry clothes, rugs, sheets, curtains, etc. on windowsills.
3. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, and throwing papers, objects, or liquids out of the window or into the corners of the building is prohibited. Subject to a fine.
4. No more people are allowed than the number specified in the reservation. Overnight stays are only for the people identified as such in the contract.
5. Check-in time is until 8:00 PM, but this can be flexible upon request/authorization by the Host. Check-out is until 12:00 PM.
6. Pets not allowed.
7. Complete leisure area: Swimming pool, games room, sports court, sauna for residents and tenants, always respecting the condominium rules.
8. Entry to the condominium using facial recognition.
9. The apartment does not have a safety screen and is not glazed.
10. Last but not least, we ask that you take care of the apartment as if it were your own home, because we know you'll want to come back! Keep it well-maintained and minimally organized when you return the keys!
