Magnes Mary Garro Perdona: O estacionamento tem 1 vaga pra cada apartamento e não é fixa, a tv está aberta e o wi-fi depende de qtas pessoas estão no prédio devido a data!!! obgda pela estadia !

Ótimo apartamento, frente mar (vista linda p mar) ap equipado, super limpo, vizinhos tranquilos ( não tem barulheira), síndicos prestativos, e com uma infraestrutura muito boa bares, restaurantes, sorveteria e supermercados próximos.
