In our apartment you will find simple, working and clean furniture and appliances. We serve as we would like to be served, well!
We do inspections of operation and cleaning of the items in person and weekly. We value quality and functional furniture for the beach, so that you feel at home, well attended and comfortable.
The apartment is comfortable and fully furnished. It has a bedroom, living room, full kitchen, bathroom with excellent shower, service area, balcony, Wi-Fi, TV, microwave, 1 parking space and elevators. Family and quiet environment with 24 hour concierge. We are a 2-minute walk from the beach and close by we have markets, ice cream parlors, kiosks, restaurants and snack bars, we are in one of the best locations in Praia Grande. "We have a preference for non-smoking families and couples who respect the rules of the property."

A descrição do anúncio reflete a realidade, simples, seguro, limpo, conservado, aconchegante, pertissimo da praia e vários comércios em torno do local. O espaço da garagem achei um pouco apertado para estacionar, mas nada que atrapalhasse. Recomendo a sorveteira Gelado e o restaurante Paiol Goiâno.
