Bom, pra quem gosta de algo simples p passar um FDS, o ap serve, porém algo negativo q não apareceu nas fotos foi, em questão da limpeza, móveis, utensílios doméstico, colchões com cheiro de mofo, cheios de pelos de animais, gato ou cachorro, sofá cama não é confortável p dormir, fora os barulhos, não consegui dormir, agora em relação ao Roberto, o dono, foi muito educado, atencioso, tivemos um problema o chuveiro, ele resolveu rápido.
