- FAMILIES ONLY - We do not rent to youth groups and events.
ACCOMMODATES 8 PEOPLE INCLUDING CHILDREN.
- CHECK IN - As the building has an administration, the registration is done in person from Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 9 pm, on Sundays it is not allowed to do CHECK IN. EVERYONE MUST BE PRESENT TO REGISTER.
Daily rates are calculated from 5 pm.
- It is forbidden to receive visitors - only people pre-established and defined in the contract will enter the condominium.
- Residential building, hotel services are not provided.
- We do not provide bed linen, table linen, bath linen and toiletries.

Apartment facing the sea, with 2 bedrooms, one suite, living room for 2 environments, American kitchen, large laundry room with washing machine, terrace with barbecue, 2 parking spaces, 42' Led TV in the living room, bedroom with TV, ceiling and wall fan, microwave, pillow, household items (in the kitchen I have everything for the day) and much more.
Very well located in the Guilhermina neighborhood, the best neighborhood in Praia Grande. Place with full infrastructure, craft fair, markets (CARREFOUR AND EXTRA) at 100m, restaurants, Habib's, McDonald's and shops in general, in front of the little boat square.
