For added convenience, it also includes: wardrobes, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, electric rice cooker, mini electric oven, induction cooktop, 1 Mondial sandwich maker, 1 juicer, 2 televisions (42 and 32 inches, the TV in the bedroom is not receiving channels), washing machine, air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, bathtub (for soaking only), glass-topped table with 4 chairs, stainless steel cookware suitable for stovetop use, electric kettle, air fryer (Britânia brand), plates, cutlery, glassware, mugs, 2 breakfast trays, tablecloth, dish towels, clothesline, coat rack with hangers in the laundry room and also in the bedroom, and a living room rack with 2 drawers (which can be used as cabinets).
It's a great option for enjoying both sunny days and cold, rainy days, because since it's close to the shopping mall, you can take the opportunity to enjoy a movie and take advantage of all the gastronomy that Praia Grande has to offer.
