New apartment, completely renovated - of a high standard - with 50 m2, on the 8th floor, comprising: an airy living room with a window to the balcony, comfortable sofa, 50-inch television set, Wi-fi 200 MB, DVD player, dining table with extension for up to six chairs, new ceiling fan, 2 40cm table fans and a bathroom.
Gourmet balcony/balcony with barbecue, sink, table with four stools and glass windows with American closure.
A large, airy suite, containing a double bed, a single bed, three separate mattresses, a new ceiling fan, a closet and a 47-inch television.
Kitchen with refrigerator, stove, new built-in cabinets, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, juicer and filter with filtered and cold water system (EUROPE).
Laundry room with washing machine, tank and ceiling clothesline.
The condominium has a 24-hour concierge, with monitoring cameras, two elevators and a covered garage for one space (space in the covered garage with identification of the unit belonging to the vehicle).
