Our house is very well located in Av. Padre Anchieta, 3 blocks from downtown and 2 blocks from the beach.Well cared for and equipped the house is delivered scrupulously clean. It's all flat, with few steps. It is in a residential area, certainly quiet and safe, yet close to everything. The environment is also flat which provides pleasant walks for the elderly or with mobility difficulties. Ideal for those who want to rest without excessive noise. It is a region where water has never been lacking, nor in the high season, in the last thirty years. It has Alarm system Monitored 24 hours by the security company Mega Alarms.
Holidays, Christmas, New Year and Carnival are closed packages rather than daily ones. January and February the minimum stay of 3 days.
Rates can be negotiated directly with the owner who can grant discounts in the following situations: below 6 guests, over 5 days of rental, outside Packages and months of High Season (January and February)
Exclusively accepted FAMILIES aiming to rest and have fun without excesses.
Accepted at MAXIMUM 12 guests between adults and children
No loud sound is allowed outside the standards and schedules defined by the Municipal Laws.
Small, docile and polite pets are welcome as long as they do not enter the area or the pool.
