I do not allow parties, loud music is strictly prohibited at any time, and the use of hookahs is also prohibited. FAMILIES ONLY, I do not rent to groups of friends. Minimum rental of 2 days.
In case of cancellation, the reservation amount will not be refunded, including in cases of death of relatives/family members, force majeure, unforeseen circumstances, COVID-19 cases, or any other illness.
On dates such as Christmas, New Year and Carnival, a minimum of six nights (6) is required. Long weekends have different package prices and nightly rates.
