Beach house in Mongaguá, excellent location 10 minutes walk from the sea.
Large porch with rocking chair and hammock.
Wonderful 7 x 3.5 pool with 1.40 depth you will love it!
Fully equipped house, kitchen utensils, bed linen. It has 2 bathrooms, outdoor shower so when you come back from the beach you can take the sand to take a swim in the pool and keep enjoying!
It is close to 2 markets, bakery, ice cream shop, you can walk quietly.
You will be close to Itaoca beach, which is close to the fishing platform (nice place to visit) and it is usually quiet with a very good structure. If you prefer more activity, you can choose the beaches in the center, which are 5 minutes away by car, and are close to the handicraft fair and the centrinho trade. Anyway, this is the place you're looking for!
