Large and comfortable house, accommodates up to 15 people (including adults and children).

Description: house with a large, well-ventilated and bright balcony, with a privileged location in the highest part of the Porto Danalis Condominium in Joanópolis, 111KM from São Paulo and 4.6KM from the city center of Joanópolis, north facing, with a privileged view to the mountains of Serra da Mantiqueira and the dam that serves the Cantareira complex, the sunset is unforgettable. The farm has so many "Instagrammable" spots that it's difficult to say which one is the most beautiful. The house has 6 (six) large bedrooms, 4 (four) suites and 2 bedrooms with external bathrooms dedicated to the 2 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms in the house, 2 toilets (gourmet area and games room), living room with smart TV and cable TV CLARO with 100 channels, WiFi and 3 comfortable sofas. The fireplace room also has 3 comfortable sofas, a large kitchen with an island table and 4 stools, well equipped, 2 refrigerators in the house, one in the kitchen and the other in the dining room, dining room with 1 table with 12 chairs. The house has a living room on the upper floor with a table for home work and 2 chairs, in this living room there are 2 large windows with views of the Serra da Mantiqueira. On the ground floor balcony we offer 2 hammocks, 2 sun loungers and a table with 4 chairs.

The leisure area is very close to the pool and has:

1) Well-equipped gourmet area with 1 masonry barbecue, electric motor to rotate the barbecue skewers, wood-fired pizza oven and wood-fired oven, bench with "cook top" stove, L-shaped marble counter with 09 stools, table 4m of solid wood with 2 benches and 2 stools for up to 15 people. The pool is 10m x 4.6m and offers an end-to-end "island" on the side for children, is heated (heat exchanger machine) and has a cover to maintain the water temperature (manual roller) and portable plastic slide for children up to 8 years old. Opposite the gourmet area is the Games Room with cable TV, sofa, puff, 1 table tennis, 1 foosball and 1 pool table, a table with chairs and a toilet.

2) Bonfire area: the pool enters and the gourmet area has a bonfire space with 2 fixed wooden benches, very interesting for June festivities.

3) Playground very close to the pool with 1 swing, 1 "twirl", 3 seesaws and a Tarzan house with 1 fiber slide.

4) Football pitch: grassy, non-professional and with night lighting.

We want to share "our corner of heaven" with you and your family!!
We really liked the Porto Danalis Condominium and the city of Joanópolis, which offers good infrastructure and is known as the "land of the Werewolf". This gem of Mantiqueira is well worth a visit. The Porto Danalis condominium is safe, well managed, very close to the city (4.4 km) and has a Sabesp water treatment plant inside the land. The city also offers typical restaurants, such as "O Caipirão" which is on the way to Cachoeira dos Pretos (beautiful by the way)", Pizzeria da Villa, owned by Noêmia from São Paulo, which offers delicious pizza and the Bistro "Capril do Bosque", a very interesting place to visit and spend some time admiring the landscape and tasting various types of cheeses with good wines! In the city there are medium-sized supermarkets (Bragion and Donine), wineries, butchers, pharmacies, very charming handicraft shops, including the dairy factory "Pé da Serra", worth checking out!
