Come and enjoy unique moments with your family! We offer a brand new house on the south coast of São Paulo! The house is newly built, well ventilated, without mold and a great finish. We have a garage for 2 vehicles and a large yard at the back of the house with a barbecue to make that family lunch. We have all the basic kitchen utensils (fridge, stove, cupboard, microwave). All this for your comfort! We have 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 2 bunk beds, 1 single bed and a spare mattress. The house has a TV and 300 MB fiber optic internet.As for the location, the house is a 20-minute walk from Jd beach. Bopiranga. By car you are at the beach in 5 minutes! We are a 10-minute drive from the center of Itanhaém and the Atacadão and Tenda supermarkets. The place is very quiet and safe! That's why we don't allow parties and noise until late hours. It is very close to the main avenue of the neighborhood. On this avenue you can find everything: bakeries, snack bars, pubs, wine cellars, markets with 24-hour cashiers, that is, everything you need. The place is excellent for you who don't like a very crowded beach!
All of this with the convenience of accessing the house without the need to keep in touch with the caretaker, as we have a self check in system, which makes it possible to have access to the house key through a code that will be provided after confirming the reservation.
IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS:
- The residence is 1.8 KM from the Sea;
- To get to the house you need to go through a dirt road. The street on which the house is located is also unpaved.
- There are neighboring properties on the right, left and behind the residence, so loud music is not allowed after 22:00.
- In front of the property there is a farm.
