The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are suites, 1 bedroom, all with air conditioning and TV, 4 TVs in total, 1 43" Smart TV and 3 32" Smart TVs with prime video and Netflix, 2 refrigerators (1 internal frostfree and another external Frost Free TB), fans, microwave, stove, 2 rooms on the ground floor (dining and living), 3 bathrooms, swimming pool, barbecue, alarm, 2 or 3 parking spaces with automatic gate, located in the Pereque neighborhood in Ilhabela.
There are already beach chairs (10 chairs), 2 umbrellas and 1 cooler to take drinks to the beach, if you want.
The house is close to the Max Paladar restaurant, City Hall, Mercado do Frade, Posto BR, etc. Great location, 2 blocks from the island's main avenue.
The house is thermally insulated and the street is paved with hexagonal shapes and is flat, as well as being well lit at night.

Linda e maravilhosaaaaa, alugo quase todos os anos super limpa e organizada, atualmente segue todos os protocolos de higiene em relação ao Covid, piscina e jardim impecáveis !!!
Muito confortável, ambiente arejado a casa tem tudo que é necessário e o melhor de tudo é super bem localizada perto de tudo em um bairro e rua super seguro... aluguei o ano passado e já reservamos p esse ano !
