I'm from São Paulo, but I've lived in São Bernardo do Campo since 1997. We have been going to this house since 1994, we really enjoyed it, our children grew up playing on its beaches and rivers. In those unpaved streets, with little structure at the time, but unforgettable. Today they have grown up, they no longer attend as much as they used to, so my wife and I decided to rent out the part of the time we are not using, to share our peace with other people. So that house has a lot of sentimental value. It's a place for people to be happy. It's a family home.
