This rustic house, with its traditional coastal charm, has been recently renovated and equipped with new furniture and appliances, comfortably accommodating 7 people. Access to the house is via a staircase with 246 steps. We recommend bringing minimal luggage and do not recommend it for people with mobility difficulties. If you are looking for exclusivity, nature, and an authentic beachfront experience, this is the perfect place for your stay.
We provide bed linens and bath towels, as well as a parasol and 4 beach chairs for your convenience. Because we are located in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, it's common to encounter some insects. We recommend bringing insect repellent and insecticide for your comfort. Sorocutuba Beach is one of the most beautiful in Guarujá — prepare to experience moments in paradise! The condominium has only 25 houses, making it a very family-friendly and peaceful place. We ask that you respect your neighbors, especially regarding loud music and excessive noise, as this is a private environment within a gated community.
Attention: Access to the house is via a staircase with 246 steps. Therefore, it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility. We suggest bringing few suitcases. Attention: The house is literally on the beachfront, so access is via a staircase with 246 steps. Parking is on the street, right in front of the staircase, but within a gated community with 24-hour security — guaranteeing protection for both vehicles and the house. Access to the property is via a safe, and the code will be sent on the day of your stay, ensuring convenience and security at check-in.

Conheço muito bem esta praia recomendo a todos, sempre que possível frequento pq uma dais mais segura do guaruja e praia bem familiar mesmo pq dentro do condomínio temos a opção da praia do eden e saindo do condomínio praia do Pernambuco estaremos muito bem localizados
