Close to the beach, 700 meters (7 min walking), from Pernambuco and Jequitimar Shopping - Hotel Sofitel, next to the Golf Club, surveillance on the street. Bakery, supermarket and restaurants nearby. The street is super quiet.Equipped, furnished, outdoor pool area with access from the living room and bedrooms with terrace. Barbecue area (with Argentine grill) with bathroom, tables and chairs. Always sunny and ventilated. All the necessary comfort for the guests.
