The house is well located, easily accessible and on a residential street. It has space for 2 cars (you can park other cars in front). You can walk to Praia do Mar Casado (about 5 minutes).
There are shops nearby (supermarket, pharmacy, gas station, bakery, bars, wine cellars, pizzeria, shops and the Jequitimar complex).
Outdoors:
The pool has a staircase and recess with a bench and children's area, measuring 6x3 m and 1.50 m deep. Outdoor living area entirely covered with anti-slip flooring; It also has a fixed bench next to the pool and a space to place a hammock.
Next to the garage there is an uncovered leisure area with hooks for using a hammock.
The barbecue area is partially covered and has a fixed bench along its entire length. The space has 2 refrigerators, 6 tables and chairs.
The property has 3 1000L water tanks, meaning there is no risk of running out of water during your tour.

There is a bathroom and two bedrooms with fixed bunk beds and wardrobes. One of the bedrooms has capacity for four people and the other for three.
By car it is possible to visit other beaches in the region: Enseada, Perequê, Pitangueiras and other more reserved beaches.
