The apartment has air conditioning and ceiling fan in ALL 4 bedrooms and in the living room, with 3 SUITES, with the Master Suite with hot tub. It is essential the air conditioning of the rooms, as well as beautiful and clean beaches, and the crystal clear water of the sea !!!

The apartment has 181 m2, with the configuration of a large room with three environments, two dining table with 8 and 4 seats, and space with two rocking chairs; a full kitchen with two refrigerators, stove, microwave and other accessories; four rooms; with five bathrooms, one toilet; and a laundry area with washing machine. It has a parking space. Access is easy to park other cars in front of the building (public area with more than 20 vacancies and no blue zone).

All mattresses are AmericanFlex, we think mattresses are very important for the comfort of our guests, because nothing better after a wonderful day at the beach, a night with a quiet and restorative rest (This information is important, since most apartments for rent have very weak mattresses).

The building has "Beach Service" (request information and schedules for Mr. Keeper).

Small pets are allowed, provided that in the common dependencies of the building they are under the care and in the lap of its owner.

Other observations
The apartment also has screens of protection in all the windows and in the balcony, providing more tranquility and security to our guests with children.

It is located in the best beach of Guarujá: Pitangueiras, 30 meters from the Sea, in the best and safest location of the beach, with exit in front of the famous and traditional TAHITI Restaurant (wonderful food !!!! need to know: (Website hidden by) ). You do not need a car for anything, you can do everything by walking in the surrounding area.

Discounts in the daily Low Season. High season is December, January, February and July (characterized by school holidays).
