O imóvel é exatamente como nas fotos, a localização é espetacular, em frente a Policia Militar o que da segurança e evita excesso de barulho a noite. A proprietária é muito atenciosa e os funcionários do prédio muito prestativos. A Kitnet esta muito bem conservada, com eletrodomésticos novos, limpeza impecável. Só não dairia nota máxima pelo fato de não ter vaga de garagem, que era do nosso conhecimento, e pela áreas externas do prédio que é antigo, estarem precisando de uma renovada, mas obviamente isso não é responsabilidade da proprietária e o interior do apto vale a pena. Enfim, é uma kitnet com um ótimo custo beneficio e não fomos surpreendidos com nada negativamente. Com certeza voltaremos!!
