Imóvel maravilhoso, vista transcendental, proprietário educadissimo e 100% prestativo e atencioso. Sem palavras! Acordar de manhã e ver aquele mar maravilhoso de Pitangueiras, e à noite tomar um belo vinho contemplando o mar, não tem palavras, obrigado Edvaldo e Esposa!

Nossa experiência na locação desse apartamento, foi a mais satisfatória possível! Estávamos em 12 pessoas e todas foram acomodadas. Apartamento com capacidade para 12 pessoas, são 4 suítes maravilhosas, todas com ar condicionado split e todos funcionam perfeitamente!!! Sala com SmartTV de 75 polegadas, dois ventiladores de teto, uma sacada imensa de frente para praia toda protegida com tela de proteção. Inclusive, todos os quartos tem tela de proteção nas janelas. Cozinha completíssima e área de serviço com maquina de lavar que usamos bastante também. O freezer vertical funciona perfeitamente! Sem contar com os funcionários do edifício, com uma educação e profissionalismo sem igual! Serviço de praia totalmente gratuito, eles levam o guarda-sol e as cadeiras e recolhem no final da tarde. O Sr. Edvaldo é incrível, foi nos visitar, muito atencioso e prestativo. Podem confiar de olhos fechados. Já estamos em negociação para temporada de 2025, e com certeza se eu não ficar nesse novamente, vou ficar em algum dos 8 que ele tem disponível para locação. Muito obrigada Sr. Edvaldo!
