We acquired this apartment over 30 years ago and, since January 2021, we have been renting it out initially to friends and acquaintances. Today, we work exclusively through the TEMPORADA LIVRE platform.
Apartment details:
The property is spacious, measuring 90 square meters, and features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
Bedroom 1 (Suite): 1 double bed and air conditioning
Room 2: 2 single beds and air conditioning
Bedroom 3: 1 twin bed (sleeps up to 2 people) and a fan.
Additional features: 4 extra mattresses
Total capacity: Comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.
Amenities:
-Located on the first floor, with elevator.
-1Parking space in the basement
Security with a guard on the street.
-Wi-Fi internet, Smart TV, new and protected mattresses
-Kitchen equipped with a new refrigerator, stove, microwave, and utensils.
We are just a five-minute walk from the beach (approximately six hundred meters). Close to gas stations, bakeries, supermarkets, butchers, pet shops, pharmacies, stores, ice cream parlors, bars and restaurants.
Canto do Tortugas, the left corner of Enseada beach where it is located, is famous for its calm waters and nautical activities such as jet skiing, banana boating, stand-up paddleboarding, and boat rentals.

As instalações são perfeitas, extremamente limpo, muito arejado e ambiente amplo.
Fica pertinho da praia, onde me levantava cedo e já ia fazer minha caminhada matinal.

O apartamento é bem espaço, tinha tudo que precisamos na cozinha, os quartos são excelentes, sala espaçosa, mercado e farmácia do lado do apartamento, a praia também nem se fala, bairro tranquilo familiar, o dono Alexandre super atencioso com as dúvidas, sempre responde quando manda mensagem, sempre que der voltarei pra lá, recomendo muito, minha estadia la foi maravilhosa.
