Estive na casa, ela é grande e arejada, porém a piscina não foi devidamente cuidada enquanto da estadia.
Existe um grande problema em relação a esta casa, muitos alugam e fazem festas clandestinas, sendo assim a fiscalização por som alto vai lá sempre, por reincidência. Aluguei só esta vez com a família agora a proprietária foi multada, e está acionando um advogado para me cobrar. um absurdo!

A casa nunca foi e nunca será alugada para festas, quanto a piscina o fato dela ter ficado.um.pouco turva por conta do produto foi resolvido no mesmo dia ..como vc mesmo falou por mensagens. E agradeceu a estadia
Sobre terem chamado a polícia.por conta do som alto .. não é culpa da proprietária.. existe a lei do Psiu e a prefeitura do Guarujá não esta dando moleza para reclamações sobre perturbação alheia ( som alto )

A casa é espaçosa, boa localização, piscina adequada a quantidade de pessoas. A caseira Cleide foi muito prestativa e disponível sempre. A casa estava limpa e bem conservada e com bastante utensílios de cozinha, isso foi muito bom. Recomendamos
