House for vacation rental in Caraguatatuba
This advert is about accommodation in the ground floor house.
The house is well located with all types of commerce nearby, such as markets, lottery, convenience stores, butchers, wineries and bakeries. Some businesses deliver to your home if necessary. There's a great pizzeria very close by, in front of the beach.
The nearest beach is around the corner from the house, 2 blocks away.
24-hour concierge. The gate key is not given to guests, only the keys to the accommodation/houses. Guests leave as often as they want, to enter just ring the bell and we open it immediately. We do this scheme to avoid problems (unfortunately we had some) and ensure everyone's safety.
The property is large and I live in the main house, which is at the front, and I rent the houses at the back with the pool.
During the rental we do not circulate in the leisure area to make guests comfortable, we only appear when requested.
HOUSE RULES:
The entry of outsiders is prohibited, only the agreed number of guests enter the property. If more guests arrive than stated in the reservation, 20% will be charged on top of the daily rate per person and per day.
Moderate noise after 10pm, respecting municipal laws.
Parties and events are prohibited.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation, only outside, the yard is very large, there will be no shortage of space =)
Eating, drinking and smoking are prohibited in the pool area (above). Tables with chairs are set up at the bottom.
Underwear and nudity are prohibited on the property.
Low level music is prohibited, such as "funk prohibition" or any other type with excessive sexual content, it's a family house and not a nightclub ;)
