The two-story house has 4 bedrooms, including 1 internal suite and 1 external suite near the pool. In total, there are 4 double beds and 3 bunk beds, comfortably accommodating families and groups.
It has 4 bathrooms, a large living room integrated with the dining room, as well as an upstairs room for added comfort.
Fully equipped kitchen, complete barbecue area, and a swimming pool ideal for leisure time.

Accommodation Rules and Information
We kindly ask that you keep the house clean and tidy during your stay, removing trash and keeping dishes clean and put away. If the property is left in an unsuitable condition, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.
In case of damage, breakage, or loss to the property and the items provided, a refund may be requested depending on the situation.
To avoid waste, we ask that fans and lights remain switched off when not in use.
It is not permitted to use the hose to wash vehicles, nor for bathing or playing.
The keys can be handed over in two ways:
- directly at the property by the cleaning lady; or
- Pick-up at her residence, located on the next block, depending on the arrival time.
Occasionally, maintenance needs may arise on the property. We will always notify you in advance, and generally, these situations do not prevent you from staying with us.
Pool maintenance is performed regularly. However, during periods of heavy rain, excessive heat, or intense use by previous guests, the water may become temporarily cloudy. If this happens, the pool attendant will perform maintenance as soon as possible.

Gostaria de deixar registrado o quanto nossa experiência foi maravilhosa! A casa estava impecável, muito limpa e organizada, o que fez toda a diferença desde o momento em que chegamos. A cozinha é completa e conta com todos os utensílios necessários, o que tornou tudo muito prático e confortável para o nosso dia a dia.
A área externa é simplesmente uma delícia, e o espaço da piscina é extremamente aconchegante, perfeito para relaxar e aproveitar bons momentos em família. A localização também é excelente, a apenas um quarteirão da praia, o que facilitou muito nossos passeios.
Além disso, o anfitrião Rodrigo foi super solícito, atencioso e sempre disponível para nos ajudar no que fosse necessário.
Eu e minha família amamos muito a estadia e, com toda certeza, voltaremos em uma próxima oportunidade.
