Brand new apartment, very beautiful and very well decorated, as it was made for the owners to use. It will only be rented at times when the owners do not use it. It is located in a 5-storey building that is being delivered, with 3 bedrooms, including two suites, plus a bathroom in the hallway, all with air conditioning. It has an integrated living room and kitchen with air conditioning. In one suite it has a double bed, in another suite a treliche (bunk bed with a single bed underneath) and in the other bedroom another treliche.
