Spacious, airy and bright townhouse!
Cond. Costa do Sol on Guaratuba Beach, which is bordered by two clean rivers, Guaratuba and Itaguaré, both and the beach with excellent bathing conditions, house located in one of the best spaces on the coast of São Paulo, residential condominium with no buildings, I'm in the part which borders the beach, and access is close (3 minutes walk), concierge with access control, unarmed security patrol and garbage collection.
I can receive and accommodate up to 14 people (including adults and children).
My property has 4 suites, with Air Conditioning, and in one of the suites, the 2 upper one, the bathroom that serves it exclusively, has its door outside the bedroom on the mezzanine, for convenience reasons 2 toilets, 6 bathrooms total, all the rooms with balcony doors that lead out to ground and upper balconies, living room with two sunken rooms with TV and balcony, plus mezzanine with TV and balcony, open-plan kitchen with stove, microwave, two refrigerators each and basic household utensils.
Covered barbecue with additional refrigerator and stove, wood-fired pizza oven, tables and chairs and connected to the living room by a counter and sound system.
Swimming pool on a stone deck with cold shower, with hydromassage nozzle and waterfall (does not work with pool heating activated), with a heat exchanger installed and with use and cost included in the rates automatically indicated by the website between 04/01 /24 and 09/30/2024, after this day the amount will be charged at an agreed rate.
Garage / space allocated for approx. 5 cars inside the house.
Standard check-in from 4:30 pm onwards until 9:00 pm, check-out at an agreed time as long as it is not late at night.
I ask and if it is impossible to be answered, I will demand respect for current condominium laws, quiet hours, excesses of any kind are welcome, as well as illicit drugs, under penalty of immediate cancellation of the lease, the same will apply for non-compliance with the agreed number of people.
* Prices: with the pandemic I also started to receive fewer guests at home, for this I did not have an adequate policy in terms of values, I did so and for reasons of also wanting to be receiving smaller families in my property and for this reason it is complicated to offer the services immediately. higher values, the base rates will be up to 08 guests including adults and children, with an additional charge per capita up to 14 maximum, in any situation the value for money is excellent and I count on everyone's understanding.

Antes de encerrar nossa estadia já alugamos novamente porque o condomínio é sensacional, pertinho da praia, uma casa super equipada, cheirosa e com uma área gourmet deliciosa. Tem uma área com espaço para alimentar os pássaros onde vimos umas 15 espécies de pássaros, uma cotia e o anfitrião deixou frutas para colocarmos. Indico a todos e já combinamos nosso retorno. Passamos um final de semana de inverno, mas, conseguimos pegar praia e ainda curtir a piscina aquecida até a noite! O próprio Lauro nos recebeu, com ótimas orientações e dicas! A casa é melhor do que nas fotos. Fomos em 2 famílias, dois casais e 4 crianças. Casa muito bem equipada com uma área externa muito agradável, com cozinha externa, uma grande mesa, de onde é possível observar as crianças na piscina e as diversas espécies de pássaros que vem se alimentar. Praia bem próxima, super tranquilo de ir a pé. Adoramos e voltaremos com toda certeza!

O Lauro que nos recebeu, mostrou a casa e tudo que funcionava, onde estavam as coisas, muito solicito. A piscina aquecida foi bem aproveitada e o cantinho onde se colocava as frutas para atrair as aves encantou meus netos. O lay out da casa, onde está a churrasqueira e a piscina e perto da cozinha, facilita muito o fluxo. A piscina é de bom tamanho e a casa. além das 4 suites todas com 1 cama de casal e 1 beliche, acomoda muito confortávelmente 16 pessoas se for o caso.
