House for vacation rental in Bertioga
The houses on the ground floor are the kitchen, toilet, living room, dining room, barbecue area with a beautiful backyard and on the upper floor 2 suites.
One suite has a double bed, the other has a single bed for 4 people.
The house is equipped to spend some beautiful family fairs since the street inside the village is closed with an automatic gate, so there is no danger for children.
Light voltage has both at some specified points 220V and 110 V.
Animals for rent are prohibited.
Great location, on the 1st. street parallel to the beach, at the bottom of Hotel 27, close to the extreme sports square and the promenade by the beach.
The place is familiar since it has some permanent residents and the rest of the chalet stays with intermittent owners throughout the year.
