House for vacation rental in Atibaia
Country house, with 2 floors, being on the second floor, shared room, 10 beds and 10 mattresses (support).On the 1st floor we have 3 suites for couples. Being 1 suite with cable TV, with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, 1 suite with cable TV 1 double bed, 1 suite with 3 single beds.
Larger living room with cable dvd tv. Downstairs we have a games room (pool table) playing cards. Living room with cable TV, Wi-fi, dining room with large wooden table, complete kitchen with built-in barbecue.
Free parking for up to 12 cars. The house has a differential, as we offer bed linen and table linen, we do not provide bath towels. Because it is in a residential area, so you are safe to arrive at night, as it is less than 10 minutes after you arrive in Atibaia and follows paved streets, because today we know that the location is very important for our safety. And less than 5 minutes away you have everything, markets, pharmacies, bakeries, in short, everything you need is very close to the house. If you want to go out at night, there are all kinds of restaurants, bars with live music, steakhouses. The parking lot is inside the house and you have control of the gate, to leave and enter whenever you want. We don't have a caretaker, I deliver the keys myself upon arrival at the property. And through WhatsApp location we can follow live where you are.
We have a playground with 3 swings and a slide. We have 2 swimming pools, one for adults and one for children.
NOTE: My property is strictly family owned. I don't just accept young people, without a father or mother together. It is off-limits to college students (alone without their parents).
THE SOUND: My property is located in a residential area, so we don't allow car speaker sound, but normal speaker sound. The volume cannot disturb the neighbors, day or night. Now it's law and we have to respect it. Ambient sound will be welcome, thanks for understanding!!
