Property located on the 4th block from the sea, approximately 200m from the sea in Itaguaçu - SFS.
Itaguaçu is known for its crystal clear sea, relatively calm with few waves, clean beach with white sand, quality of beaches in Santa Catarina.
Itaguaçu also received the Blue Flag beach award.
The blue flag is a distinction awarded annually by the Foundation for Environmental Education to beaches and marinas that meet a set of requirements for environmental quality, safety, well-being, support infrastructure, user information and environmental awareness.
São Francisco do Sul became known for being the city with the largest number of Blue Flag beaches.

Upon arriving at the property, we find a parking space right at the entrance, along with a sidewalk that is ideal for enjoying the sea breeze and watching the stars at night. Upon entering the property, we are greeted by the dining room and adjacent TV room, followed by the fully equipped kitchen. To the left of the kitchen, there is a lavatory and laundry room. At the back of the house, there is a barbecue area, with a charcoal barbecue, sink and table, as well as a second refrigerator and an upright freezer.
On the upper floor are the bedrooms, 01 suite with balcony, double bed and 1 single mattress plus 02 bedrooms (01 with balcony) with double bed and single mattress, all bedrooms with air conditioning, and 01 complete social bathroom.
