I rent a house per day in Palhoça. It is located in the Passa Vinte neighborhood, close to Shopping Continente and Shopping Via Catarina, with restaurants, pharmacies and markets and Passeio Pedra Branca. The street is quiet and safe. Close to everything and the beautiful beaches of Palhoça, such as Guarda do Embaú, Pinheira and Praia do Sonho; from the beaches of São Miguel and Palmas.The kitchen is complete: sink, mop/detergent/sponge/drying rack, water filter, gas stove, pans of different sizes, auxiliary table with 4 plastic stools and the necessary utilities. And the appliances to make your stay with us easier: duplex refrigerator, oil-free fryer, electric kettle, blender, grill/sandwich maker, juice centrifuge, and microwave.
The bathroom has liquid soap for hands and body, shampoo, toilet paper, hairdryer, and iron.
The rooms have bed linen, towels, pillows, blanket, wardrobe, windows with shutters that block light and air conditioning.
All spaces in the house have a trash can.
The space is suitable for children, with a cot, high chair, bathtub and children's cutlery. And it is accessible for people with mobility difficulties, as external access is with ramps and internally there are no steps.
The living room has a 43-inch Smart TV, rack, sofas! The dining room has a table with 6 chairs and cushions, a shelf with books and a sideboard.
The space has a patio with a small garden, table.
It has a laundry room with washing machine, tank, trash can, clotheslines with clips, bucket, mop, broom and squeegee. It has a smoke detector and carbon monoxide sensor installed.
We have parking spaces for 2 cars (but we have space for one more).

Daily rate for up to 2 people: R$180.00. For more guests, there is an additional daily rate of R$50.00. The maximum capacity of the house is for 8 people. We accept pets (maximum 01 and except cats), and you must bring a box to accommodate your pet.
The house has a printed guide with neighborhood information, inventory and house rules. Enjoy the welcoming home we have prepared for you. The house is independent and alone on the land, and it is new! Very comfortable!
