Imóvel bom, ótima localização em relação a estar próximo a farmácia, supermercado e pé na areia, mas o barulho da avenida atrapalha durante a noite, quartos sem cortina com claridade ruim para dormir e portas dos quartos sem chave, e um cheiro ruim de esgoto. Atendimento do sindico otimo e atendimento ótimo do anunciante!
