Excelente localização. O apartamento é realmente muito próximo do mar, dá para ir caminhando e em menos de um minuto já está na areia. Um ponto muito positivo é que não precisa atravessar avenida para chegar à praia, o acesso é simples e seguro. O imóvel é bonito, bem cuidado e corresponde às fotos. Foi uma estadia muito tranquila e confortável. Voltaria com certeza.
