To reach the house, you need to walk along a trail of about 70 meters. Located on Ferrugem Beach in Garopaba - Santa Catarina, the place is close to the beach, mini-markets, a gym, a pharmacy, and the central area. 5 minutes by car from the beach or a 15-minute walk. We have private parking. A safe and very quiet location.
