Spacious, single-story, corner house, ideal for a large family, accommodating up to 14 people. It features two huge living rooms with five different areas (two with ceiling fans and three well-ventilated), a fully equipped pantry (blender, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker) with an American-style counter, a large industrial-style kitchen, all in granite, with multiple countertops, a 5-burner triple-flame cooktop stove, an electric oven with grill, an air fryer, a George Foreman grill, a laundry room, a powder room, four super-ventilated suites (one with a hot tub and one with a balcony), and all bedrooms have table fans and air conditioning. A huge, well-maintained garden (even suitable for a soccer game) features a covered garage for two large or three small cars, a large shower, a balcony, a fully equipped barbecue grill, and a fully walled and gated property with an electronic gate and fiber-optic Wi-Fi.
The distance from the house, both to the center and to the beach, is 10 minutes ON FOOT, which would be approximately 800 meters away. WE ACCEPT DOGS, 3 in total.
House with all the amenities: utensils (pantry, kitchen bar), bed linen, blankets and pillows, bath towels, face towels and floor towels, etc. You just need to bring your clothes, beach towels, umbrella, extra beach chairs (we offer 6).

My house is special, and it can be yours during the season, on weekends throughout the year and also on some special dates, such as family gatherings, couples and godparents who are in the city for a wedding on the beach, so you can all spend it together!
I like people from all over the world, who travel, who respect cultures, who are polite, who respect others and who take care of my house as if it were their own. Everything in the house was designed for YOU, so that you can feel at ease and enjoy your vacation. Unfortunately, I do not negotiate the PEACE of having the house in order, so I do not rent to groups (e.g. only men, groups, teenagers, etc.) or on an annual basis, I have had problems and I do not make exceptions....
