The house offers comfortable accommodation for up to 12 people, with 6 bedrooms equipped with double beds and 6 bathrooms. It also has a games room equipped with a pool table and table football, as well as a full kitchen. The pool area offers a gourmet space with a barbecue and tables on the deck, ideal for welcoming the whole family.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD: The Ribeirão da Ilha neighborhood is located in the southwest of Santa Catarina Island. Along the main road there is a large number of bars and seafood restaurants, where you can taste the main products produced in the region: oysters and shellfish.
RIBEIRÃO DA ILHA BEACH: Small beaches with calm waters and coarse sand. On the edge of the old parish center and around the church square, the architecture of the 18th and 19th centuries is preserved. With the development came the expansion of the gastronomic and tourism sectors. Ribeirão da Ilha is the second colony to develop in the old village of Desterro, now Florianópolis.
