House for vacation rental in Florianopolis
The outdoor area is a highlight. A pleasant space to relax, enjoy a BBQ, and make the most of the island vibe with more privacy. The house offers a covered BBQ area with a sink, a side walkway, laundry area, and a garage for up to 2 cars.
The location is excellent. You will be close to supermarkets, pharmacies, a gas station, and local shops, and about 950 meters from the beach, with easy access to Praia dos Ingleses.
Everything you need for a smooth stay is provided, including bed linens, towels, pillows, soap and shampoo, plus a fully equipped kitchen with plates and cutlery. The living room has a 55 inch TV to enjoy with family and friends, and the whole place is new, well maintained, and well equipped.
House rules for a peaceful stay. Please respect quiet hours, do not smoke inside the house, and avoid excessive noise at night, as it is a residential area.
