Integrated living and dining rooms and kitchen. Smart TV in the living room and bedrooms. 600Mb wireless internet. Fitted kitchen with coffee maker, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, multi-door refrigerator, 5-burner cooktop. Laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Barbecue area with cooktop and mini-fridge integrated with the pool and garden.
We accept small pets for an additional fee.
For convenience and relaxation, the property has an electronic security system and 24-hour monitoring by the specialized company Khronos, when activated by the guest.
Entry and/or stay in the house is not permitted for individuals not listed in the reservation request.
The house comfortably accommodates 8 guests. However, we can provide up to 2 extra mattresses upon request. In bedroom 3, we have 2 single beds that can be converted into a queen-size bed.
The pool has both solar and electric heating. The electric heating system is activated on demand and incurs an additional fee.

The house fully matches the pictures, and is actually even prettier in person. The private beach access is magnificent, you can walk from the heated pool with jacuzzi to the beach in less than a minute. As an additional information, there is a suite in the first floor and another 3 in the second floor.

Sr. Izair é muito educado e solicito.
A casa foi um achado, 4 suítes foi muito bom. O quarto no térreo foi um presente para minha mãe com mobilidade reduzida.
A praia é praticamente o quintal da casa, muito tranquila e mar calma. As crianças aproveitaram muito.
A casa estava impecavelmente limpa e tinha muito mais facilidades do que o anúncio mostrava, havia lava-louça, air fryer, secadora de roupa e todos os utensílios de cozinha. Pegamos dias de chuva e a cozinha foi muito usada para receitas. A piscina aquecida fez toda diferença para dias nublados e não tão quentes.
Todos curtimos bem a estadia e a única pena foi a chuva mesmo. Contudo, aproveitamos mesmo assim, estar com nossos pais em uma casa que cabia todo nós já que costumamos vê-los apenas anualmente, pois moramos no exterior.
É uma casa que eu recomendaria e voltaria.
