My name is Rosangela, I am the owner of this property, I am retired from the Telecommunications company of Santa Catarina, former Telesc, I bought this property in 2001, after I retired, for investment, for being a wonderful place and admired by all, Beautiful and magical Lagoa da Conceição, it is in an excellent location, I rent it during the year to exchange students, and in the season for tourists, I have 3 more properties in Lagoa, and whenever possible I receive my tenants, unless I am receiving another at the same time, in this case my daughter receives. I really enjoy this contact with my tenants, giving suggestions, tips and all the necessary support. .
