-01 queen size bed + sofa bed for two people;
-Air-conditioned environment with air conditioning, smart TV and WI-fi;
-Kitchen planned and equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking;
-Indoor charcoal barbecue;
-01 complete bathroom;
-Covered garage for 1 medium-sized car.
IMPORTANT:
-We do not provide bed linen and towels;
-Food is not included in the daily rate;
-Visits are not allowed;
-We do not accept pets
-Maximum capacity allowed by the condominium, up to 04 people (including children of any age);
-Parties or events are not permitted;
-Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation;
-The parking spaces are rotating and intended for medium-sized vehicles, consult us about the size of your vehicle to avoid inconvenience;
-You will be asked to send in advance a copy of the identity document with a photo of all occupants of the property;
-Check-in between 2:00 pm and 10:00 pm, if you arrive after 10:00 pm a fee of R$50.00 will be charged to the person responsible for the check-in procedure;
-Check-out between 06:00 and 10:00, if you wish to leave before 06:00 a fee of R$50.00 will be charged to the person responsible for the check-out procedure.
Bombinhas Beach (downtown) is one of the region’s favorites! It has calm seas, crystal clear waters and a great selection of bars, shops and restaurants. And the best part is that it’s right next to Lagoinha Beach, known as the “beach of little fishes”, perfect for snorkeling, and the incredible Sepultura Beach, ideal for enjoying nature and relaxing.
