-Living and dining room integrated with smart TV, WI-FI and air conditioning;
-Gourmet area with charcoal barbecue;
-Balcony with sea view.
IMPORTANT:
-We provide bed linen and towels, without changing during your stay;
-Maximum capacity up to 08 people (including children of any age);
-We do not accept pets;
-Fees may be charged at the end of the stay if garbage is not collected and the property is not organized for check-out inspection;
-The apartment has 2 parking spaces;
-The parking spaces are intended for medium-sized vehicles, consult us about the size of your vehicle to avoid inconvenience;
-Check-in between 2:00 pm and 10:00 pm, if you arrive after 10:00 pm a fee of R$50.00 will be charged to the person responsible for the check-in procedure;
-Check-out between 06:00 and 10:00, if you want to leave before 06:00 a fee of R$50.00 will be charged to the person responsible for the check-out procedure
