A beautiful deck overlooking the sea, a lovely front and back garden. The main house has 4 suites on the upper floor, and on the lower floor a large living room with 2 living rooms and a games room, TV room, dining room, open-concept indoor barbecue area facing the sea, main kitchen and powder room. At the back there is an apartment with two bedrooms and a bathroom, and also an outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, stove, wood-fired oven, pizza oven, barbecue and industrial stove.
Monitored security with cameras and presence alarms. TV channels, satellite and SKY in the TV room, and wireless internet. The entire property is very well decorated. Front area: Large garden, deck with sofas, tables, sun loungers, swimming pool, pergola with love seats, tables in the garden. Back area: Laundry room, storage rooms, powder room, 4 parking spaces, and patio with parking for 3 more cars. Rates are for a maximum occupancy of 17 people (including children).
Note: Check-in time is from 3:00 PM and check-out time is until 9:00 AM.
A mandatory security deposit of R$ 3,500.00 will be charged (refunded within 24 hours after check-out and after completion of the inspection);
The property faces the sea in the center of Bombinhas, whose transparent waters and white sand make guests feel like they're in the Caribbean! The property is right on the beach, close to the city's shops! At night you don't need to go far to have fun; there are bars and restaurants with live music and also a variety of shops to visit!
