O apartamento é ótimo e bem confortável. Super perto da praia. Fornece cadeira, guarda sol, carrinho e cooler. O condomínio é super aconchegante, com piscina. Tudo perto ( supermercado, farmácia, lojas, restaurantes) sem a necessidade de carro.
