• When contracting an accommodation package, the contract holder agrees to pay R$300.00 in cash upon arrival, as a guarantee for any damage caused to the property (deposit).
• For the exit inspection, failure to remove all rubbish from the property, organize the kitchen crockery, pillows and remote controls in plain view will result in the total loss of the deposit.
• If everything is in accordance with the arrival inspection, the amount will be refunded in cash at the time of the property departure inspection.

> ENTRY: Opening hours from 2pm to 6pm (after 6pm there is a fee of R$ 100.00)
> DEPARTURE: Time from 8 am to 10 am (Before 8 am there is a fee of R$ 100.00).
